Profile of Mio Ferrer

Amidst the traffic and pollution, there lies the city of Pasig and in that city, the story of Mio Ferrer exists. Mio currently studies AB Interdisciplinary Studies (AB IS) in Ateneo de Manila University. Having shifted from Management, he says that he wanted to take up AB IS because he was interested in studying Communication. AB IS acted as a way for him to get the best of both worlds as his tracks are Management and Communication. He couldn’t wait to take his electives on Media such as TV Production.

In his free time, he goes to the gym or play basketball approximately three times a week. Growing up, basketball was his sport and he was an athlete in his years in grade school and high school. However, he had stopped being an athlete as his height was short of the requirement for the forward position in the team. Despite being an only child, he says that he had never really felt lonely and he was close to his family. He was into playing Nerf wars with his friends in his village.

For someone who is proactive in his life and school, Mio Ferrer is also a simple guy. If he’s feeling lazy then he’ll stay at home and watch Netflix. He had recently finished watching How I Met Your Mother and said everything was good until the ending. He was slightly disappointed with how things turned out in the end. The latest movie he had watched was Men in Black. However, as Mio said “nothing beats the original.”
